Summary. The Deal With It Club is a community for people who play the Deal With It game. Members aged 13 to 17 can take part only with a parent's approval, and children under 13 cannot join at all. We do not tolerate any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation. Anyone can report a concern from inside the app or by email, we act on every report, and we report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
Who this covers
These standards apply to 247 Coaching Inc. and to everyone who uses the Deal With It Club apps for iPhone and Android, the Deal With It online game at play.dealwithitgame.com, and the pages at dealwithitgame.com and club.dealwithitgame.com. They form part of our Terms of Service and Code of Conduct.
What we prohibit
We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in every form. On our services that means, without limitation:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): any image, video, drawing or text that sexualizes a minor, or any attempt to create, request, share, store or link to it.
- Grooming: an adult building a relationship with a minor in order to sexualize or exploit them, including asking a minor to move the conversation to another app, keep secrets from a parent, or share photos.
- Sextortion: threatening, pressuring or blackmailing a minor over sexual images or acts.
- Sexualized comments about minors, or sexual content directed at a minor.
- Trafficking or any offer, request or arrangement that exploits a minor.
- Any attempt to get around our age checks, parent approval or teen protections.
Members who do any of this are removed from the Club permanently and their game access is ended. We preserve the evidence and report to the authorities as described below.
How the Club protects minors
- Age gate. Every member gives their birthday when they join. Anyone under 13 is blocked and we do not store their birthday.
- Parent approval for teens. Members aged 13 to 17 can use the Club only after a parent or guardian approves by email. The parent can revoke approval at any time from the same email, which ends the teen's Club access.
- A restricted experience for teens. Teens cannot see or join adults-only rooms or in-person game nights, cannot post or receive deal offers, and have limited messaging. Every member can control who may message them.
- Adults-only spaces are marked. Rooms and events for members 18 and over are labelled and enforced by the system, not by trust.
- Moderation. Word filters hold suspicious posts and messages for review. Our team can remove content, suspend and ban accounts, and members can appeal a decision inside the app.
- Photo checks. Photo uploads are switched off at launch. When they are turned on, every image is checked by automated image-safety tools, including matching against known CSAM, before other members can see it.
How to report a concern
- In the app: every post, reply, message and profile has a Report option. Choose "Safety of a minor" (or the closest category) and tell us what you saw. Reports are private; the person reported is not told who reported them.
- By email: write to game@igorvainshtein.com with "Child safety" in the subject line. Include the member's name or username and, if you can, a screenshot.
- Parents: if you are concerned about your teen's experience, email us at the same address or use the revoke link in your approval email to end their access immediately while we look into it.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
What we do with reports
- Reports involving a minor go to the top of our review queue and are escalated to the team immediately.
- We remove the content, and we suspend the account involved while we investigate. Where the conduct is confirmed, the ban is permanent.
- We preserve the relevant content, account details and logs for 90 days after the report is resolved, or longer if law enforcement asks us to.
- Where we find or are made aware of child sexual abuse material, we report it to NCMEC's CyberTipline, as US law requires of online service providers, and we cooperate with law enforcement requests that follow.
- We tell the person who reported that we have acted, without sharing details about the other member.
