The short version. You buy a Deal With It™ Membership for $97 a year. That gets you lifetime access to the Deal With It online game and 12 months of the Deal With It™ Club — our community app with local game nights, deal rooms and live sessions with Igor. The membership renews each year at $97 for the community unless you cancel; cancelling keeps your game access for life and your Club access to the end of the paid year. You can add the physical board game at checkout. We ask you to treat other members well, and we keep the right to step in when someone doesn't. Nothing here is financial or legal advice — it's a game and a community, not a guru.

The Deal With It Membership costs $97 per year. It includes lifetime access to the online game and 12 months of Club community access. It renews automatically at $97 per year for the community unless you cancel.
Teens aged 13 to 17 may use the Club only with a parent or guardian's approval given by email. The parent agrees to these terms on the teen's behalf and can revoke approval at any time, which removes the teen's Club access. Adults-only rooms and in-person game nights are for members 18 and over.
For parents. When you approve a teen, you are saying yes to these terms on their behalf. They get a restricted version of the Club: no adults-only rooms, no deal posts, limited messaging, and meetups that show Live Sessions only. You can take the approval back at any time from the same email link, and their Club access closes. Their game access also closes until they are 18 or you approve again. Questions? The Code of Conduct you accept in the app is part of these terms. In short:
We may hold, remove or pin content, apply word filters, and suspend or ban accounts. You can appeal a moderation decision in the app. Reports of abuse involving minors are escalated and may be reported to authorities.
Deal-type posts — co-founder, investor and partner offers — are allowed only in designated places and only for adults. We do not vet, endorse, broker or guarantee any deal. Members deal with each other at their own risk and are responsible for getting their own legal and financial advice.
Content in the Founder Talk room and other member discussions is shared in confidence. Don't repost it or screenshot it outside the Club.
The iPhone app is distributed through Apple's App Store under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies in addition to these terms. Apple is not responsible for the app or for support. The Android app is distributed through Google Play under Google's terms. You can delete your Club data or your whole account from inside the app.
Deal With It™ and Entrepreneurpoly™ are our trademarks. The game, cards, artwork, rules and app content are our copyrighted works. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use them as part of your membership. Everything else stays ours.
The service relies on third parties — Shopify for payments, Zoom for Live Sessions, Apple and Google for app distribution, and others described in our Privacy Policy. Those services have their own terms that apply when you use them. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we don't control them and aren't responsible for them.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties we can disclaim under the law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to cover us for claims, damages and costs arising from your content, your use of the service in violation of these terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these terms or the Code of Conduct, or if we need to protect members or the service. If we terminate you for a violation, no refund of the current year's fee is due. You can stop using the service and cancel at any time, as described in section 2.
We may update these terms. If a change is important, we'll give you reasonable notice by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. The current version always lives on this page with its "last updated" date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any dispute about these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts in Delaware, and both you and we agree to those courts.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
